All of our sheds are pre-cut and built onsite — not delivered preassembled. Building onsite allows us to maintain strict quality control while keeping pricing competitive by eliminating delivery and transportation costs. This ensures precise construction and a proper fit on your property.

We offer standard shed designs built with care and attention to detail, and we can also customize your shed to fit your specific needs, preferences, and intended use.

Based in Cedaredge, CO, we travel up to 1½ hours from our location at no additional charge, and for projects up to 3 hours away, we can accommodate a reasonable surcharge. No matter the project, our goal is to provide dependable craftsmanship, practical design, and honest pricing. Our Standard Sizes sheds are built in less than a day.

Shed Construction Details

We take pride in building sheds with quality materials and attention to detail.

• Foundation: Our Shed Floors are built using durable 2×6 floor joists installed on top of 4×4 pressure treated skids that run the full length of the shed for maximum strength and stability. When needed, we use 8×16×2-inch leveling bricks to ensure the shed is properly leveled and securely supported on the ground, providing a solid and long-lasting foundation.

• Flooring: Floors are constructed with 2×6 lumber and 5/8" OSB, with blocked seams for extra support and durability.

• Walls: Standard walls are framed with 2×4 studs, providing an interior wall height of 7 feet.

• Doors: Our sheds feature a standard double door, at least 60" wide and 78" high, for easy access.

• Siding & Trim: We use LP SmartSide siding and trim for long-lasting durability and an attractive appearance. While we do not provide painting services, LP SmartSide comes pre-primed for paint and can be painted at your convenience or left as-is. All installations include proper underlayment and drip edges to protect the roofline and ensure lasting performance.

• Roofing: Standard shingles are Owens Oakridge in Estate Gray, offering durability and a clean, professional look.

Payment Information

In most cases, no deposit is required to begin construction of your shed. Full payment is due upon completion of the shed or project. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Payal, and all major credit cards. A 2.6% convenience fee applies to credit card payments. For payments made via Venmo or PayPal, any applicable processing fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
