Built On Site — Not Delivered Preassembled

All of our sheds are pre-cut and built on site at your property — we do not deliver preassembled sheds.

Building on site allows us to maintain strict quality control throughout the construction process while keeping our pricing competitive by eliminating the costs and limitations associated with transporting a fully assembled shed. It also allows us to properly position the shed and build it to fit your property.

We offer a variety of standard shed designs built with care and attention to detail. We can also customize your shed with options such as:

Service Area & Travel

We are based in Cedaredge, Colorado 81413.

Travel within 1 hour of Cedaredge is included in the listed shed price.

We can travel up to 4 hours from Cedaredge for projects outside our included service area. A travel surcharge is applied based on the distance traveled.

Windows

We offer black-framed windows that open and include screens.

• 18" × 23" Window — $150 each

• 24" × 27" Window — $175 each

Doors

• 36" Exterior Steel Door with Locking Door Knob — $400

• Additional 36" Single Door — $200

Doors between 48" and 72" wide are built as double doors. One door can be stationary while the other operates and includes a handle and lock.

Gable Vents

Gable vents can be added at no additional charge upon request.

Shed Construction Details

We take pride in using quality materials and paying close attention to the details that make a shed strong, durable, and dependable.

Foundation

Our shed floors are built using 2×6 floor joists installed on top of 4×4 pressure-treated skids running the full length of the shed for strength and stability.

When needed, we use 8" × 16" × 2" leveling bricks to properly level and support the shed on the ground.

Flooring

Floors are constructed using:

• 2×6 floor joists

• 5/8" OSB flooring

• Blocked seams for additional support and durability

Walls

Standard walls are framed with 2×4 studs and provide approximately 7 feet of interior wall height.

Doors

Our standard sheds feature a double-door entry at least 60" wide and 78" high, providing convenient access for equipment, tools, lawn equipment, and other items.

Siding & Trim

We use LP SmartSide siding and trim for durability and an attractive finished appearance.

LP SmartSide comes pre-primed and ready to paint. We do not provide painting services, so you can paint the shed yourself after construction or leave it in its factory-primed condition.

Proper underlayment and drip edges are installed to help protect the structure from moisture and weather.

Roofing

Our standard roofing uses Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in Estate Gray, providing a durable and clean-looking roof.

Warranty

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Our 1-year workmanship warranty covers:

• Framing workmanship

• Roofing installation

• Siding installation

• Door installation

• Window installation

• Defects resulting from workmanship errors

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Customer-caused damage

• Ground settling or movement resulting from site preparation

• Storm or weather damage

• Modifications made after construction

3-Year Structural Warranty

Our 3-year structural warranty covers:

• Main structural framing

• Floor system

• Roof structure

Payment Information

In most cases, no deposit is required to begin construction.

Full payment is due upon completion of the shed or project.

A 2.6% convenience fee applies to credit card payments.

For payments made through Venmo or PayPal, any applicable payment processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Project Preparation & Site Requirements

To make sure we are properly prepared for your project and can provide an accurate price, we ask that you provide the following information before construction.

1. Is there a power outlet within 50 feet of the shed location?

We need access to electricity for our power tools during construction. Please let us know if a usable outlet is available within 50 feet of where the shed will be built.

2. Please send us pictures of the shed location.

Photos help us determine the condition of the building site, including whether the ground is level or sloped. They also allow us to identify potential access issues and know what to expect when we arrive.

3. How close can we get our truck and trailer to the shed location?

Please let us know how close we can get our truck and trailer to the building site. If possible, include photos showing the access route.

4. What is the access like around the shed?

Can our trailer be backed close to the shed location, or will materials need to be carried and packed around the edge of the property?

Knowing this ahead of time helps us determine the amount of labor required and plan the project accordingly.

5. We need at least 2 feet of working space around the shed.

We need approximately 2 feet of working clearance around each side of the shed to safely construct, install siding and trim, and complete the finishing work.

If the available space is less than 2 feet, please let us know before scheduling the project so we can determine whether the site will work.

Arrival & Construction Day

Once your project has been scheduled, we will plan to arrive first thing in the morning on the agreed-upon construction date.

We will contact you 1–2 days before your scheduled arrival to confirm the timeframe.

We ask that someone be available at the property the morning we arrive to show our crew:

• The exact location where the shed is to be built

• Where the door or doors should be located

• Where any requested windows should be installed

• Any other important details regarding the placement of the shed

This helps ensure that the shed is positioned and built exactly where you want it before construction begins.
